How to make an additional Windows sidebar to organize shortcuts? At the moment, I'm getting out of the situation by creating additional panels in the standard Windows panel.
RocketDoc and Fences are not suitable.

I use True Launch Bar. Finding her broken line is not a problem. For convenience, I am sending you a screenshot of my screen. On the right, I still use the ancient planner, but I won’t talk about it anymore.
My desktop is usually empty. Occasionally, several elements can be located on it, and I sort all the important labels strictly for their intended purpose in the TRB panel.
