If this is a PL around which the business will be built, then of course it affects. Try now to build a business on PL / 1 :) And if it's just a PL, as a hobby - no :)

A lot of things affect business much more strongly and more fundamentally than JP.
The influence of a programming language is vanishingly small. If you know how to use it.
You overestimate the language.
It’s just that if for some reason you don’t select the correct language, then for sure you will make a bunch of technical errors (incorrect architecture, etc., etc.)
