What advertising methods can be used?

Hello.
Soon we will complete the service for finding specialists (locksmiths, tutors, photographers, etc.)
It will work in Ukraine and we want to start with the city where we live with a population of 200,000 inhabitants. I would like to know how best we can acquaint people with the service. Thank you.

before starting an advertising campaign, you will face the obvious problem of a cold start -> when users have nothing to go to your market place because there is nothing on it, and there is nothing on it because no one goes there)
so you need to first focus on very very for a narrow audience, for example, only on photographers -> manually collect the information that these photographers collect -> and it is best to provide specific orders for them.
then start to gradually acquaint photographers with the service.
classic methods of promotion through the purchase of targeted advertising are very simple but quite expensive.
in conditions of limited financial resources, you will have to cheat a little, and resort to all sorts of tricks (as all beginners do).
this is a very dangerous path, but many successful services have become successful thanks to them.
such examples in plain sight -> for example, dating sites resorted to fake messages from supposedly people who want to get to know you... motivating certain groups to actively start using the service.
they often use stuffing scandals / sracha -> a very popular topic that people talk about themselves are ready to tell each other, especially if these scandals are associated with terrible injustice.
scandals are suitable for you, for example, how your service takes someone’s job and now someone has died of hunger, or is forced, for example, to go back to their homeland, etc. (now this is how Uber is advertised)
in any case, first you need to select a very narrow audience, prepare a convenient product for it (create a fake need for the services of photographers or select real ads somewhere), attract the photographers themselves -> and then find where the clients for these photographers live -> c followed by throwing information hooks there.
this will need to be done both on the part of those who are looking for work, and those who offer it.
these hook traps don't have to directly advertise you, they can be on completely unrelated topics -> you just need to catch your target audience.
For example, if you want to attract bride photographers to the services -> you look for where they live (for example, on a site with news about who slept with whom, who cheated on whom) and throw information hooks into the most discussed topics, come up with something in the style of a friend of the witness at the wedding infected the bridesmaid with syphilis and the bridesmaid then infected the groom -> make a fake page describing this absurdity for your target audience -> and already advertise your portal there)
regular informational bombs on photographers and their clients.
then you scale and motivate other groups of users to catch up, using similar methods.

Contextual advertising with a selection by region should work well. You can also use E-mail marketing, it should also give excellent results only with the right approach. This topic is covered very well by Webpromoexperts in their course.
