Does the business model of a startup depend on the form of business?

I'm quite new. There are two business models: 1) user subscription to services with monthly payment; 2) withholding a certain amount from the order. I will give examples 1) lingualeo; 2) fl.ru (secure transaction, that is, deduction of the amount until the client fulfills his obligations and then transfers with deduction of his commission). Are there any restrictions for individual entrepreneurs when using BM data, is an LLC mandatory? At this stage, I am alone.

As far as I know, there are no restrictions, but I strongly recommend reading the GC with comments. There I think you will find all the restrictions. You conclude an agreement with the user, and what is written there can only limit the agreement itself. Here it is even better to consult with a lawyer.

Well, in general, the business model is not related to restrictions on individual entrepreneurs or LLCs, it is more related to the scope. In general, there is a technical limitation - you must be a legal entity, but both individual entrepreneurs and de jure LLC are legal entities, but as Nikita Petrov has already indicated , it is better to consult with lawyers

LLC or IP does not matter, the key is the form of accounts. accounting that you choose:
ST for income
- give 6% of income, the rest of your
ST income - expenses
- give 15% of the difference, but prove your expenses to the tax that they relate to business.
For business, they could:
1. Lingvaleo
- you can do it this way and that
2. FL.ru
- only income - expenses, since there will be more revenue, but it passes through transit
. I always recommend one - individual entrepreneur, it is easier to work white, gave 6% and then threw yourself on the map. And in an LLC, be kind enough to pay 9% from the transfer then as from dividends.

It doesn't depend on it.
from what you have indicated.
Now, if you wanted to sell alcohol.
There are restrictions on the minimum size of the authorized capital of an LLC . It is
better to choose the form of an LLC or an individual entrepreneur by consulting on the website of accountants than on the website of IT specialists.

Deduction of the amount - is called "agency services, commission".
Search Google for this phrase.
