Does the "Browse" button when installing software on windows 10 not show part of the folders?

When installing the software, there is a field with a choice of installation path, where you can usually select any location on your computer.
For some reason, it began to appear like this for me:
rChbJdX8.png
Ie . further than the user's folder, as if access is restricted somewhere.
What could be the problem?

Yes.
Become an owner. And set the rights you need, remembering to turn off inheritance.

Bat is not the only way to run applications. There is also powershell. Not strong in PowerShell, but here is a discussion on how to make a tray icon using PowerShell: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/22154683/power...

In general, as far as I know, baht is just a set of commands for automating button pressing. Something like this ... And after all the instructions are completed, the window automatically closes. And it can't hang and work. Because whom to work?))
Well, or the situation with waiting for input / pause / delay ... Therefore, specify, exactly you have a baht hanging? Or all the same, another program that he launched? Apache type from the Denver package

The batch file hangs. It just runs a script on node.js, which raises the server and in case the server crashes, it starts it again, so it does not close itself)

Just a parameter to minimize bat, cmd or exe to tray is not possible. To do this, you need to add an icon to the tray via WinAPI. There was at one time the Tray Commander software, which allowed such things to be done for any executable file, you can search for it and see the functionality.

What you want to make from a batch file is called a Service in Windows terms.
Tray is not needed for this use case.
