Does StockSubmitter have submission limits for uploading via FTP?

Does StockSubmitter have submission limits for uploading via FTP to those stocks that StockSubmitter does not natively support but allows uploading to them via FTP? Will I be able to upload 10,000 files via submitter's FTP with a limit of 33 free submissions per month
2 Question
What manipulations with files does StockSubmitter perform when uploading them to FTP through it? Archives to ZIPs, names the generated ZIPs, or otherwise modifies the original files, just uploads to FTP, JPG + EPS without changes?
