Does repeating the same link in two places on the same page somehow affect SEO?

Based on the existing logic of layout of the main page of the site - on it links to some sections are repeated in two places.
For example, there is a link to the "/metro" section, which lists metro stations. On the main page, the link to the "/metro" section is indicated in the sidebar (in the column - to the right of the column with the main content), and the link to the "/metro" section is indicated in the main column - as the link "view all metro stations" (after the list from links to the first few pages of specific metro stations).
*This repetition of the same link to the "/metro" section in two places on the main page is used for the convenience of site visitors.
Question:Does repeating the same link in two places on the same page somehow affect SEO? Doesn't affect at all? / Or is it negatively affected?

There are many nuances, where the link is, how it is framed with html tags, etc.
For example, a link in the menu and decorated with tags ... and a regular link in the text have different meanings and different weight returns.

if links are for people and influence behavioral factors, then they can also influence optimization.
links from content convey weight better than from standard blocks (menu, header, footer...)
