Does Redmine have subtasks to display the task as a hierarchy (tree)?

Does Redmine have subtasks to display the task as a hierarchy (tree)?
I know for sure that it didn't happen before. But it seems that somewhere I saw that they already introduced it. On off. site in the demo did not see how they can be created, perhaps simply because I do not quite understand the ideology of their creation.
It is possible that this (http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/... is what I need, only how to use it correctly, if yes.
I know that there are such plugins:

But they have been active for more than 2 years, so it is possible that they are no longer applicable in the latest version at the moment (2.4.2 2013-12 -23)?

Yes, there are tasks in Redmine, there are related tasks, there are a lot of things.
