Does pet development count as experience?

Hi habr, I have been studying IT and everything connected with it for almost 2 years. During this time, I learned a lot, but it's time to look for a job and that's going to be difficult. The main question is whether the experience of developing educational pet projects counts as development experience. If so, how can it be formulated in a resume?

there is development and there is "commercial development". your resume can be read by programmers, or managers can, they will have different approaches.
if there is nothing else to write - write it.
