Does MD5 change?

Stupid question of course, but I didn’t notice it before and decided to ask :).
Let's say I have the text 4539489461437870, if I encode it in md5, it turns out: 03ff3b1fd80c2c5d25e543b0e249a77a.
Can the hash for 4539489461437870 change like in BCRYPT?

For the same input dataset, the hash will be the same (otherwise it is not a hash)
