Does LG UHD 4K TV support 2510x1600 resolution?

Good afternoon, I bought an LG 43UJ6307-ZA TV, I decided to connect a computer to display a picture. In general, it does not produce full HD above.
The question arose whether this TV supports 2560x1600
, there are video cards ATI Radeon HD 5550, Radeon HD 5450 and Intel HD 530 with DVI and VGA outputs
There is an HDMI cable -> DVI-D single link and DVI-DVI
As I understand it, a display is needed for 4K port 1.4 or HDMI 2.0
The question is how to display 2560x1600 for example if I want to output from a poppy (it supports max. resolution) or from the same HD 5550 ????

. In general, if you need 4K resolution, you need to look for motherboards with HDMI 2.0 or HDMI 2.0b. or graphics card with HDMI 2.0 support or display port 1.3 to support 60Hz. After digging around in online stores, I found a cheap video card that can pull 4K @ 60Hz Nvidia GeForce GT 1030 Low profile 2G https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N1030D5-...
As they explained to me, I also need an hdmi 2.0 cable ! which has little resistance.
There are display port to HDMI adapters (If 1.4 then as I understand the maximum frequency is 24Hz, if 2.0 then everything is 60Hz or 120Hz (Probably depends on the video card)) Another problem that arose If you want to output from a DVI port (for example, from any MacBook before 2016 years) on hdmi or DVI 2560x1600 you need to use DVI-D Dual Link, not DVI-D single link! It gives me, for example, with a Single link, the maximum resolution is full HD, you can see the exact pinout here.
In general, somehow everything is sad that the processor supports 4K, but the motherboard does not, and in order to buy a mother you need to buy a gaming mother for $ 120 with 2-3 PCI-E
And in addition
==== AMD
AMD is currently advertising from R5 230 and above is listed as 4K ready. Realistically, an R7 360 is about the minimum.
==== NVIDIA
Nvidia certifies anything north of a GTX 760 (but oddly not a GTX 950) as 4K ready.
==== DVI max Resolution
The dual-link DVI connector's pins effectively double the power of transmission and provide higher speed and signal quality. For example, an LCD TV using a single-link DVI connector can display a maximum resolution of 1920×1200 – dual-link's maximum for that same screen is 2560×1600.
