Does lenovo ideacentre support ram replacement?

Good afternoon!
There is an ideacentre 200-01ibw monoblock ( link to the model page )
By default, one 4GB die is installed there, which turned out to be not enough. In honor of the new year, I bought 1 die for 8GB
. When I changed the memory, the computer stopped starting even before the BIOS and just beeps. It feels like 3 long beeps and 1 especially long. When replacing the memory back everything works fine.
Accordingly, I would like to understand whether the computer supports the replacement of RAM at all? And if so, is this particular one supported? According to the website, max. The volume is 16GB, so I did not expect any problems.
And if everything should work fine, then how can you check the memory for marriage?
thanks for answers

Is there 1 slot? 1 bar for 8 GB will fit very little.
If there are two slots, then the best solution is to match the pair to the available 4 GB so that the frequency matches.

You bought the wrong DDR3 memory, DDR3L memory is installed in this nettop.
