Does it make sense to write CRM for real estate agents?
Does it make sense to write your own CRM that could control all offers, offer publications, expenses / incomes, document flow, statistics, etc.
Or are there already similar ones?

You can just open a wordstat or a couple of the first pages of the search, I counted 10 pieces exclusively for real estate agencies on the first 3 pages of Yandex (and this is for 500 impressions per month)
Even if there are already analogues on the market, you can always launch your own. Google is an example of this, and the same Yandex in RuNet.
The main thing, IMHO, is to find at least 1-2 consumers of your services so that there is a real picture and feedback, and not naked theory and speculation.
Also, do not forget, no matter how ingenious, unique and everyone needs a product you create, without good marketing, no one will know about you and will not use your product.
Well, for good, you need to ask real estate agencies and ask, I’ll assume that whoever needs it has already done their own CRM, or they use someone else’s, and whoever doesn’t use it doesn’t need it (but this is an assumption, of course you need to really investigate this issue)
A friend decided to make a CRM for real estate agencies. He dissuaded him in every possible way, because he was a little familiar with the situation. They found a few clients, but then the case stalled. There are quite a lot of CRM systems, there are also ready-made solutions for real estate: https://crmindex.ru/for/real_estate. Does it make sense to fight them?
