Does it make sense to use a standard user account with UAC enabled?

Now I use UAC + a standard user account, if I understand the windows 7 security system correctly, then there is no difference between a standard user and an admin regarding launching applications (an escalation request will still be shown).

Of the differences that I see:
1) The need to enter the admin password instead of pressing Yes when escalating rights under the standard user
2) The inability of the program that received the escalation of rights (launched from the admin) to have access to the user's protected personal documents (which belong to the work account - standard user).

Are there any other security pitfalls when using the default admin + UAC account?
