Does it make sense to study 1C Bitrix?
Hello! I want to know an opinion on whether it makes sense now to study 1c Bitrix from scratch and thus enter web development? as I see there are a lot of vacancies, but the salaries seem to be average, less than those of ordinary 1sniks, but higher than those of system administrators.
In general, what is 1C Bitrix, how difficult is it to learn, and what prospects await Bitrix developers in the future?

I would not consider Bitrix only on the basis of the principle "There are more salaries ... one grandmother said ..."
If you are interested in Bitrix, then teach, why not.
I have been working with Bitrix for 10 years and oh - I am still learning and still asking what and how to do. And this is not because knowledge is not given, but because, as noted above, this is a huge API set of tools.
For my projects, I do not use components, but do everything purely with code and api.
The second point is that today Bitrix should be considered as a CMS for stores, even the company itself has long given up on its other modules, such as a forum, polls, and so on.
The third point, if you are going to make money on Bitrix, then you need to understand what exactly - the implementation of solutions, development from scratch, and writing your own modules with subsequent sale?
In most cases, customers are not satisfied with the solutions of Bitrix or third-party companies. Customers need the store on Bitrix to be tailored specifically for their tasks. And right there and not only Bitrix, but also php, js, api.
And one more thing - do not listen to people who tryndy that Bitrix is a low-quality G. They just haven’t delved into it and are sure that certain tasks can be done in other CMS. Perhaps this is true, but only for news, blogs, directories and landing pages. For large scalable projects in the 1C-Enterprise bundle, nothing better than Bitrix has yet been invented. At least look at the clientele of the company and everything will become clear.
About ZP. Everything is as always - from minus infinity to plus infinity. We are all different, just like projects are also different.
As a momentary income, it can be normal, but there are no prospects - you will be cooked in a separate market according to the engine.
The quality of the product is extremely low, if you are an ambitious person who wants to develop, you will be constantly demotivated due to digging into this product.
The vacancy is a lot because all these companies are victims of marketing.
Agree with @OnYourLips It's
best to learn new frameworks so you can deploy any project with confidence.
I personally transferred the site from Bitrix to Opencart for the customer and on freelances, if a request comes in, I lure them to Opencart.
You do not need Bitrix.
Why?
Based on the question.
You choose an area based on salary figures in some online services.
WHAT??!! My Circle? God forbid, another raw product from Yasha...
The person checked the site on a tester from Google.
Google clearly indicated to him as many as THREE reasons, also in red.
The man continues to stubbornly sit and question on the Toaster.
What can I do to make my site mobile optimized?
I have been introducing Bitrix to clients since 2008 and have never been without orders and good money. By good money, I mean when you buy real estate for cash.
I love Bitrix. Everyone knows how loyal I am to this company.
I was always ready to hoarsely praise Bitrix and Bitrix24 and swear at those who disagree.
If you want to study Bitrix and pass the level 1 certification (face-to-face exam on design integration and platform setup) - contact me on Skype, maybe I'll send you work - there is always enough of it.
You have not written your skills and experience, but there is a sense:
0) Without effort, nothing will happen. Every journey starts with the first step.
1) It is easier to study Bitrix from scratch, since for beginners the entry threshold is lower, the calendar period of entry is less.
2) Entering web development through the Bitrix direction is really easier, since you will work with ready-made Bitrix products.
3) Vacancies are like the average temperature in a hospital. Beginners 1sniks also receive little, but for example, those who modify 1s ERP receive many times more. The level of salary directly depends on the experience and complexity of the tasks to be solved.
4) 1C Bitrix is a ready-made products and solutions based on the Bitrix framework. All this is supported by marketing, updates and technical support. Therefore, 60% of the paid systems market is occupied by Bitrix.
5) Complexity is a loose concept, learning new things is always difficult. Learning Bitrix is the way up the stairs. I took a step and the experience of this step helps to rise even higher. There will be no easy walk.
6) You will have plenty of prospects. Development of ready-made solutions, modules, various integrations.
At the moment, in the market segment occupied by Bitrix, there are no serious competitors capable of moving it.
