Does it make sense to install adsense? Or will adsense only work on search traffic? In fact, the same people come to the site. There are few new people. If so, when can you apply?

Google will start working with you even if you have 10 people a day.

It makes sense to put Adsence when there are already more than 100 uniques per day. And you have 300. Bet and don't be afraid.
It will not hurt, the maximum that can happen is that your site will be rejected, but they will indicate the reason.
