Does it make sense to draw up a non-disclosure agreement with the staff?

What do you say? I honestly do not believe in the effectiveness of this solution.

What do you say?

In this formulation of the question - nothing.
Describe the situation, what kind of relationship you have, what kind of employees, what kind of information, specifics, in specifics, they can answer you something.

well, OK. If you don't believe it, don't make it up. If you think it might be worth it and want advice, see the previous paragraph.

For which country?
In Russia, they will send you to such far places that you won’t even fly by plane.

Perhaps there is. Probably no. Nothing can be said without specifics.
Most of our people are law-abiding. But sometimes you come across "criminals" who know the laws (and actually know them) and try to turn this knowledge to their advantage - for example, not to work, but to receive money. Most of the bureaucracy is just the result of a collision with such a "lawyer".

And you don't have to believe. there is a law on commercial secrets, there is a law on banking, there is a law on personal data, there is an international compliance, in the end there are articles on liability for disclosure in the Civil Code, the Labor Code and the Criminal Code. I recommend reading . Identify information that is meaningful to you, comply with legal regulations (for example, enter a confidential information regime), use NDA.
There were cases when an employee sent out other people's passport data. Without the agreement of such an employee, you can only dismiss, and you yourself will receive a fine.
