Does it make sense to convert the second physical (HDD) disk to GPT?

The system is on an SSD with GPT partitions
The second HDD with MBR, is there any point in converting it to GPT?

If everything works, then it makes no sense.
yes, gpt has replaced mbr. but you only need it if you run into mbr restrictions.
otherwise, the change itself will give you absolutely nothing. from the word at all.
