Does hynix work in dual channel mode?

In general, I bought a second bar of operatives for myself, found absolutely the same model on the Internet, and then put it in the motherboard, in two-channel slots, but it does not load. I tested both strips separately, everything works. So the question arose, maybe this motherboard / memory cannot work in dual channel? Couldn't figure out how to google it.
Here is a model of one of the bars, the second one can be downloaded separately to screen ... It's the same, in general.
