Does grub menu start when using non-native bootia32.efi?

There is no boot from native bootx64.efi.
I put bootia32.efi into the flash drive from the System Rescue CD
. Instead of starting the system, the rude console started up.
At the same time, the brute does not know the linux, linuz and other commands to start the system.
