Does disabling integrated graphics affect CPU overclocking?

Proc 8700K. In principle, it keeps 5GHz on one core, but it gets warm ..
While I use the built-in video.
There is an idea to install a separate video card, and the question arose - if you disable the integrated video, how much will it lower the temperature and increase the overclocking potential?
Are there such tests?

Well, purely logically, yes it does - memory is not reserved and the bus is not used for embedding. in practice, the difference is unlikely to be noticeable.
