Does DAC - USB work on Linux?

I want to tie a DAC to my laptop and listen to high-quality music in LOSSLESS.

Apparently, your DAC is built on a chip www.viatech.com/en/silicon/legacy/audio/vt1630a , which can pretend to be a standard USB audio device. So it will definitely work on Linux. But how complete (extended sampling rates, control of the built-in equalizer) is a big question.
