Does cron have caching?

Can you please tell me if cron (I configure it via editing crontab) has caching?
I just have a problem, it works out some outdated script, and a new one. It's like cron runs the old version of the script and then the new one. Moreover, this only works at 9:00 (as it was originally installed). If set every minute, or, for example, at 9:01, then only a new version of the script is executed, but I need to start it exactly at 9:00. How to solve the problem?

I apologize for the wasted time and confusion. I didn’t know it myself, but the owners of the server where cron runs made a copy of it for tests, and that’s where this cron was launched from.
I myself was not informed, and they also demanded to solve the problem.

Probably he didn’t notice how he corrected crontab through sudo and the old one starts from there. Or vice versa, from under the user, and new changes from the superuser.
