Does chrome hang when there is no internet?

chrome, hangs when the Internet is disconnected
Exit from sleep / hibernation / startup
Until the connection appears. Doesn't start if there is no Internet
Reinstalling with removing tails didn't help
Hangs -> stops responding
Extensions-> adguard, h264ify, idm integration module
This doesn't happen with other browsers
Opera/iron (portable)
