Problems with Sublime text 3. Why doesn't Sublime text stream in parallel with the browser?

I go to the LivePage page, read:
I look at your screen, in the sublime to the right of the file name I see the dot that you are trying so hard to hide. This dot means that the changes have not been saved. Just press ctrl+s

Well, let's start with the fact that LivePage is free.
And paste this code into your html:

<script>document.write('<script src="http://' + (location.host || '${1:localhost}').split(':')[0] + ':${2:35729}/livereload.js?snipver=1"></' + 'script>')</script>

as an option, in chrome / opera ctrl + shift + i -> Network -> check the Disable cache
checkbox in mozilla, there is something similar too, but I won’t say where.
