Does Bitrix display a 404 page on all pages of the section?

Put a daw in the parameter of the component showing 404 errors. Now the 404 error page is shown on all pages of the section. Now the component parameters cannot be opened there, how can I return everything?

Find params.php in the component directory. After setting the properties in this way, they end up in this file. There should be a parameter associated with the 404 page with a value of true. Change to false. But most likely there are problems with the CNC.
I had such an error, and to solve it, I changed the sorting rule for this section from 100 to 90 in the urlwrite.php file
