Location not working, why?

Good afternoon. The site has the altasib.geoip module. Site on Bitrix. It works on regular hosting.
But he does not want to work on VPS with Bitrix VM. In error_log:

What could be the problem?

Try the olegpro.ipgeobase module . You won't have to go to other servers with it (it works with a local database).
