Does anyone use a multiphone on Hetzner?

There is a suspicion that it will not be possible to connect to the Multiphone from the Hetzner server.
I suppose that there may be some kind of blocking of the megaphone for non-Russian IPs.
Confirm/develop doubts someone, please.

Under the terms of the service, there are no restrictions on connections from other countries, and why would a megaphone suddenly block connections from foreign addresses?
