Does anyone have experience using DSL to describe card transaction limits (or something similar)?

These restrictions have many settings, and it is very inconvenient to write them into relational tables.
I would like to describe these restrictions more flexibly by inventing a DSL for them.
If you have experienced anything similar, please share.
