Tell me, what banks' ATMs dispense cash from Yandex.Money cards in Ukraine?
Privatbank shows the balance, but when trying to get cash, it writes either about an error, or about exceeding the limit for the service. Other ATMs also spit out the card when trying to withdraw money.
