How to withdraw WMZ to a Privatbank card without linking?

I have a small amount in my VMZ wallet.
I need to cash it out, but I ran into an idiotic mutual responsibility.
In order to exchange them for Privat24, the exchangers demanded a formal certificate - that is, they had to highlight the name and upload a scan of the passport. Then WebMoney demanded a residence permit. Then it turned out that no one can send me a card, because this card should only be mine (and not my wife), in my name, and I have to send a scan of the card and my documents again.
Well, idiocy and not a payment system.
I do not have a bank card (and never will!).
Tell me how easy and profitable it is to withdraw this money to Privat24, (and forget this payment as a nightmare)?
Maybe you know some exchanges of private traders that will accept VMZ and send Privats, without problems with supposedly rules for exchangers?
ZYZH wallet is about 5 years old, another 10. There is even some kind of BL. So these are not one-day trips - but they refuse to change me for a generally ridiculous reason "there is no activity on vmaidi." : /
ZYZH2 on mmgp tried a bunch of topics with exchangers, so far without result - everyone needs a certificate, a binding, so that the mustache of the desired shape and the name starts with "B", and a lot of other things, although they themselves ask that they send money first, so what difference does it make to them what kind of wallet I have there, I don’t understand.
UPDATE1: so far I have thought of buying bitcoins for WebMoney, and already withdrawing them on the exchanger to Privates. If you are interested in how successful - I will unsubscribe in the end. At least those who will google this question and come here will also have an answer.

I just pay for purchases on the Internet, since I can’t withdraw them from Web Money.
