Does anyone have experience of migrating from 2013 exchange to 2016?

Colleagues, good afternoon.
The organization has 2013 exchange on an old but still working server. We recently bought a new server, which is many times more powerful, and the question arose, just transfer the virtual machine from exchange to a new server, or try to migrate to 2016 exchange.
I found the manual , but its rather big size makes me doubt if this is a good idea :)
If anyone has had experience, tell me, is it worth it? Or is it easier to stay on 2013 exchange?

1) Fuck these blog articles. Especially in Russian, I read it for the sake of interest - the author doubts his actions right in the text. Well, the article is about something else. It 's better to start here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/exchange... .
2) Is it worth it? Well, you are a system administrator there, you yourself will determine whether you need it or not. Only you know the priority of this task and the resources that the company has at its disposal.
3) Judging by the question in your situation, it's easier to just transfer the old virtual machine, if possible without breaking anything along the way.
