Does anyone have any tips on filling out an Upwork profile?

Hello, I started filling out the Upwork profile and faced the fact that I can’t achieve 100%.
1) I filled in the following fields: title, photo, description, languages, portfolio, education, work hours(less 30), skills, specialized profile, added social media, Experience level, Categories and that's it for now. And all these fillings were pulled by 40%. Upwork tells me to fill in the "Work history" field and I will immediately have 60%. But there are a number of problems. I do not have any completed orders and therefore I cannot fill in this field. Another interesting bug has surfaced that, like "Work history", he refuses to fill out the profile. Those. it used to be like this: fill in the "Work history" column and your profile will be filled by 45%, I entered additional data and this figure increased to 60%
2) I watched the video instructions for filling out the profile, but I still have questions about how to fill it all out 100%. What I have already filled out is written above, I know that you can fill in such fields as: Testimonials, Certifications, Employment history, Other Experiences, but the problem is that I don’t have any of this and I can’t fill it out. How can I get 100%?
3) Googled this question a little on the Internet and came across a slightly different one. A bunch of meter for some kind of verification. Should I do it or something like that? (Regulated a few years ago for fun, now I remember)

he will offer certification himself,
and if there is no work experience, then why are you needed there?
amers perfectly control idiots - you carry a certificate to the consulate for a visa - if it’s completely scorched - a refusal,
idiots are not needed anywhere,
no experience? Indians don’t either, but the profiles are filled in. What is your academician, are you going to solve the client’s problem this way?
