Upwork and Ubuntu 16.04: why doesn't the time tracker start?

Good day,
the picture is as follows - when you start Upwork, it starts to turn on, but it crashes during the initialization process. The problem is already about a month old, but usually reinstalling the client (using the --purge attribute) helped
out. Even reinstalling doesn't help.
When launched from the terminal, it writes something like the following, but I could not find any more logs

upwork
[1126/173920:ERROR:browser_main_loop.cc(219)] Running without the SUID sandbox! See https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/master/docs/linux_suid_sandbox_development.md for more information on developing with the sandbox on.

Has anyone else experienced this issue on ubuntu 16.04? How did you decide or maybe not encountered, but do you have any ideas how to solve it?
Z.s. so far, I wrote a request to the customer to temporarily allow the time report manually.

Can you still write in UpWork TP? On a poppy, by the way, it also sometimes falls cyclically, and you have to dance with a tambourine, but I don’t remember what it outputs to the console.

No way, you just need not to update the client, roll back to the previous version
