Does Angular JS Java Developer Need?

I know layout well, I know js at an intermediate level, that is, I can make pretty good UIs, but I myself use java, in the future I will be outsourcing such as developing all sorts of REST services there.
back to the heart of the matter: is it worth learning Angular JS or is it better to develop further in Java and hire a person who will work with Angular JS?
PS if you learn Angular JS, then I have about 3 months for it.
