Does an SSD store cell checksums?

If the charge in the cell on the SSD drains from long inactivity, the next time the user accesses the cell, will the user know that the contents of the cell have changed and are no longer readable (as with a soft bad block), or will the controller feed the modified cell, as if it were necessary?

Well, first you need to define what a cell is.
If you understand a cell as a certain capacitor that stores a charge, then of course there are no checksums there.
If a cell is understood as a minimally addressable block, then yes, of course, both a checksum and redundancy are used there.
