Does an Employer Need a Frontend Developer Without Javascript Knowledge?
I have been doing layout for a long time, about 5 years. "Dressed" \ drew templates for popular, and not very CMS.
Basic SQL\PHP.
But whatever I look at, a prerequisite for getting a job as a Front end developer is knowledge of Javascript. With which I actually fail.
I was looking at Poland.
As such, I did not see a vacancy for a pure layout designer. Do they exist at all?

Yes, there are and met vacancies without knowledge of JS, but this is an extremely rare and exceptional case. You need to understand that in 99.99% of employers, they are looking for not just a layout designer, but a person who will take over the organization of the work of the entire front-end part. And today, taking into account those requirements for sites from the client, the necessary functionality and all sorts of useless, but beautiful "goodies", front-end is almost impossible without JS ( again, with rare exceptions ).
You should read the
Required minimum for a front-end developer
Now layout designers are not in demand among employers. Basically, they find a job on freelance exchanges, or retrain as a "full-fledged" front-end developer.
Yeah well, bullshit. I work as a Front End dev in Poland, no one takes it without JS. I don't know where you looked at the requirements, everyone needs at least jQuery.
olx.pl/offerty/q-front-end
but how did you make up five without zhs?
even 15 years ago I had a lot of zhs on the school website
Your relocation will not pay off for the employer
A plausible option is that you are a layout guru, you have excellent English and Polish and have already worked as an evangelist speaker
You try. There are no employers from Poland, I think. Nobody will say. And when you try, you yourself will tell everyone here. I think it will be interesting.
