Does age matter?
Hello, I am 14 years old, I want to become a web programmer. I really lit the frontend, I have been studying the basics of html / css for 3 weeks now. So, isn’t it too early for me to start, and will I be able (for example) after 4 years to find a job?

What nonsense? Of course it's okay. There are those who started at the age of 9 and are building a good career.
The main thing: do not be conceited and be adequate.
It is quite likely that in some things you will know more than your senior colleagues, but this is not a reason to be arrogant and consider yourself better than others. Be kind, condescending and open to other people and everything will be great.
And also learn English, without it, nowhere in the IT field.
A few examples (yes, maybe older comrades helped the guys, but still):

not early! there's so much to know to be considered a normal specialist. you’ll fill yourself with a portfolio in 4 years) and you can start freelancing at least right now slowly
it’s too early
to go to the army first,
then to the institute for a normal profession
to rivet websites - this is darkness and suffering
