Yes, doshirakers will not survive if it is a long-term strategy and not a small experiment. If this "motivated" traffic in the process of walking around the site pays you serious money (500% + RoMI), then everything is OK, but if they just walk around the site, sooner or later the site will be banned, take it that way.
