Such a situation: there is a customer (Ukraine), there is software developed and there is an individual entrepreneur (Russia).
The task is to transfer the developed software to the customer. At the same time, the customer claims that the laws of Ukraine prohibit conducting foreign economic activity with an individual entrepreneur from Russia and I need to register an LLC.
Is it really? Who faced a similar problem?

Yes it's true.
My Ukrainians made themselves an LLC on the territory of Russia, and worked through a Russian legal entity.
Otherwise, we would not be able to work, unfortunately.
