Does a person hear a sound in the phone itself, when talking?

For example, I turn on some music on my phone and at the same time I'm talking on the same phone. Will the interlocutor hear this music? And if not, why not?

the interlocutor will NOT hear the music you have turned on during a call, because. built-in/native apps are 100% hardware limited and finding a suitable 3rd party player is tricky...
