Is there a soft call alert for Asterisk?

Hello! I reviewed different versions of the software, but, unfortunately, I did not find a really efficient one.
Is there any software that will cling to the asterisk (freepbx) and receive data on:
a) missed calls to your phone number
b) have an address book that could be easily updated for all users (ad/ldap/just a common file)
c) be able to call directly from the software
d) hide the Asterisk AMI settings if they are used in the software, it is not at all good to have the AMI access settings open
The organization uses Gigaset A510IP phones, a softphone as such is not needed .. but, I thought maybe somehow through a softphone you can receive alerts .. but, in my case, they won’t be able to call .. I just want to dial the number and at that moment rang Gigaset A510IP for calling the subscriber, and not the softphone itself. Maybe there are some good solutions?

I throw off the information about the callers in my Viber chat.
Send me a private message (API will share), FreePBX info (or Astesrisk directly from the context sends to your chat)

I think it's not just software - it's a solution. I have Liksys SPA-2102 - there is no call history or contact list, but it shows the number of the last caller in its web interface, and the organization has a directory of employees on the web. I made a program for myself - look at the history of calls (the SPA-2102 does not know how to call from it)
But one such program is a special case, since it covers one model and one type of directory.
The solution should be able to work with most models and various types of directories.
Large organizations themselves are able to develop it, but small ones do not need it - it turns out that it is difficult to find it in the public domain.
