Does a firefox user with tracking protection enabled get into the statistics?

If a firefox user has tracking protection enabled, will google analytics show them in statistics. On many sites, warnings appeared in the console like:

The resource at " https://www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js" was blocked because tracking protection was enabled.

But it's strange that not everywhere, although analytics is enabled.

Check it out yourself. Google Analytics has a real-time tab.
Turn on tracking protection and see if you are currently visiting the site in real time.
