Machine translation from one language to another

Documentation tool?

I'm translating documentation for a free project. The format is HTML files. There have been a number of changes since the last translated version - please tell me a convenient tool that can:
- find changes, it is convenient to visually see them
- associate changes in the translated version. That is, to highlight localized paragraphs corresponding to the layout. If that's the case at all, of course.
Thank you!

I would like to clarify - and (what) version control system do you use? Because, as a rule, this is her task.

Try OmegaT . This is a computer-assisted translation system (it has nothing to do with PROMT and others), supporting translation memory, searching for exact and inexact matches, etc. She helped me a lot when I worked as a translator. However, I cannot say how useful it will be in your particular situation, when you need to compare two versions.
