Machine translation from one language to another

I would like to have something like:
- text in two columns, on the left - in the original language, on the right - in the language to be translated into
- the text is divided into blocks - paragraphs or sentences
- each block can be translated separately
- all work is online , in the browser
- work with the translated text takes place according to the wiki principle - any of the registered participants can add or edit the already made translation of any of the blocks, all changes are saved and can be changed / deleted later
- as a result - bilingual text, with the ability to save separately only translation.
Is there something similar?
