Docker. How to open from webUI container?

Hello.
I have a noob question. I have never dealt closely with docker before.
I wanted to run this trick in digitalocean via docker https://hub.docker.com/r/linuxserver/jackett/
I installed it and launched it via docker run -it
At the end it was reported that everything is OK and now everything hangs on port 9117. I like once it is necessary for it to open the web muzzle.
But bad luck that ip:9117 does not open.
What is my omission? I will be grateful.
