How to establish a connection to a Docker container from a project outside of Docker?

There are redis+celery running via docker-compose. Q: How can I connect to a broker from a Django project that is running outside of Docker. This is a special case and I can't run Django in an adjacent container. Thanks for the help.

This seems to be an abnormal practice due to the lack of responses.
It turned out to reach the radish, but the celery from the container began to issue a lack of connection to the database (Jangi), so in my particular case everything was done differently.
