I have two hands, unless these are projects like blinking an LED or showing the temperature with a ds1820, which are everywhere in any language. But if it will be possible to blink an LED from the console via ip or a temperature sensor - like an ethernet device, then I am all for it.
As for platform issues, I'm more for avr than for arm.
