And of course, all the projects that were spinning on the servers have been unavailable for more than 12 hours, although the site says in red and white - "Connecting servers from 14:00 to 20:00". Looks like they forgot to write - that May 6th. Or 10.
Hence the question - how often do you encounter this? Is this considered normal? If there are company representatives, how do you notify your clients about such events? How long before moving? Do you follow the promised rules?

Wrong if you expect a transparent transfer from an inexpensive hoster. After all, even serious hosters (Google for example) do not take on such problems - I recently moved between Google servers, I know.
