Do you regularly use camera raw?

Good night, tell me, do you regularly use the settings in camera raw?
It just so happens that the only thing I touched there is the temperature, and even then not always.
Trying to adjust the curves or anything there, I was more comfortable with it already open in jpeg.
If not difficult, share your experience, what do you use there most often and why?
